Coma Stink
I did this photo up. It is true - a fact glimpsed from reading Yakuza Moon (by Shoko Tendo) - when her mom fell into a coma and was hospitalised. On several visits she noticed a growing stink in her mom's room. "It was like a dead person's smell," or something like that, she wrote. Finally a senior nurse walked in, twitched her nose and declared why the patient's mouth was not washed. Of course ms Tendo was flabbergasted and wondered why the junior nurses were not taught such a simple fact (and task). So now you know. A coma patient stink not because they are dying but just due to poor oral hygiene. ;-)
